Lao Gan Ma is the most famous brand of Chilli Oil used throughout China and itâs beyond easy to see why! This beautifully crispy Chilli oil is filled to the brim with dried Chilli and crispy fried Onion covered in a richly flavoured Oil. We love this condiment, itâs perfect served with almost any dish whether itâs a spoonful in a bowl of Ramen or as a dipping sauce for your Spring Rolls! However you use it, it will always be a welcome addition to any dish.
