- Kimera Ancestral pet Nat Blanco (Spain): This delicious cuvée is produced according to the ancestral method used for producing sparkling wines, commonly known as pétillant naturel (pét-nat). This method involves bottling partially fermented wine.
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of peach, apricot and vanilla accompanied by salty minerality make it an easy-drinking wine with a sparkling sensation in the mouth. - Casa Belfi Naturalmente Frizzante Bianco (Italy): The old-school biodynamically-produced Italian fizzy wine is part of a project focused on the ‘old style’ of Prosecco, also known as ‘Col-Fondo’. Tasting Notes: Bright fresh pineapple and grapey with a herby backdrop and pear blossoms. - Anne Santi Raspato Rosa Pet Nat (Italy): This Rosé is produced biodynamically from Sangiovese and Aleatico grapes sourced in Umbria, Italy.
Tasting Notes: Brimming with floral notes and fruity undertones with a hint of under-ripe cherry, fresh cranberry and a toasty biscuity backbone. - Masia d’Or Brut Nature Cava (Spain): This pales straw-colour wine is filled with elegant persistent bubbles.
Tasting Notes: Subtle citrus notes and aroma of white fruits with a silky finish. - Henners Maypole Brut (England): This beautiful bottle of bubbles is a classic blend of Champagne grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
Tasting Notes: Rich pear and cherry blossoms at first followed by a toasty baked apple and a long finish. Wonderfully celebratory! - Davenport Blanc de Blancs 2015 (England): This wine is 100% organic in nature without any added yeast.
Tasting Notes: Dry balance and aromas of peach, baked apple and spring flowers with a clean finish.
