What is Colomba and how is it related to Easter?
Colomba is a traditional Italian dove-shaped Easter bread. The dove is a symbol of Spring and Easter. It is quite similar to its Christmas counterpart, Panettone, as it features a soft, airy dough and is baked with flour, eggs, butter, sugar, crunchy almonds, and candied fruits such as orange peel. The Easter Eggs are the most fun aspect of the Easter season. While Easter Eggs are traditionally a delight for the little ones, Galup has cracked the code to make it an absolute blast for kids and adults alike. This year the ‘egg-citing’ options available at the Found Hope Store are creamy white chocolate and decadent dark chocolate, each with a surprise toy tucked inside.
