2018 Yalumba Y series – Riesling
Barossa Valley, Australia
This wine has a lime green colour with floral notes of musk and orange blossom along with hints of lemon zest. It is a wine of freshness with flavours of grapefruit pith, green apple and river stone minerality with a fresh lemon sorbet finish.
2018 Quinta Da Carolina – White
Douro, Portugal
Quinta da Carolina is a young, and intense white wine with a creamy texture and an open and citric bouquet of the Douro region. Featuring a clean colour, it expresses citrus notes, tropical notes, and floral aromas. It finishes in fantastic length and volume of mouth and extraordinary acidity. An excellent example of still wines coming out of the Douro proving the area can produce more than fortified wines.
2020 Barone Ricasoli Albia Rose
Tuscany, Italy
A blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, this Albia Rose is a young, fragrant wine with a soft pink colour. Violet and elderberry flowers on the nose. The mouth shows off a pleasant freshness, with well-balanced acidity and minerality. Long-lasting finish.
