About Neal's Yard Dairy
Neal's Yard Dairy has been selling British and Irish farmhouse cheese since 1979, when it opened in Covent Garden.
They work with around 40 cheesemakers who make cheese slowly and by hand. The team visits the farms to taste and pick each batch, then matures the cheese in their own rooms in Bermondsey until it's at its best.
